Frequently Asked Questions

How Are We Different From Other Contract Review Services Found On The Internet?

We provide the services of an attorney with over 18 years of experience solely in the health care industry. We also have experience managing medical practices. Our attorney has represented individual physicians, existing medical practices and hospital systems with physician employment agreements. Our attorney has represented parties on both side of physician employment agreement (the employee physician and the employer) and knows what each party wants and expects. Our attorney has also created and reviewed equity ownership documents when physicians join group practices or enter into investment opportunities.

Are We Board Certified?

In Texas, attorneys can become Board Certified. The Texas Board of Legal Specialization states, “Board Certification is a mark of excellence and a distinguishing accomplishment. Within the Texas legal community, Board Certification means an attorney has substantial, relevant experience in a select field of law as well as demonstrated, and tested, special competence in that area of law.” Presently, there are only roughly 60 attorneys on Texas who have been able to satisfy the requirements of the The Texas Board of Legal Specialization for Health Law.
