FEES FOR HEALTH LAW SERVICES

Because the needs of each client are specific to the physician or the physician practice, the fees associated with the firm’s health law services must be evaluated independently. As a result we will need to discuss the issues involved and establish a fee structure. After a fee structure has been determined we will provide a letter of representation outlining the services we will provide and our fees.

HOSPITAL RECRUITMENT AGREEMENTS

Typically, Hospital Recruitment Agreements are more complicated to review due to the nature of loans, loan forgiveness clauses, and additional arrangements regarding the recruited physician’s relationship to an existing practice or the start up of a solo practice. As a result, the fees associated with Hospital Recruitment Agreements can increase based upon the complexity of the arrangement. If you have a Hospital Recruitment Agreement, we will undertake a no-cost preliminary review of the agreement and determine if there will be an increased fee before starting any work.
